Atelier-sm (architects) ltd has been appointed by Impact Developments Sevenoaks Limited to prepare design proposals and coordinate design input from the consultant team for the 0.685-hectare site referred to as Pinehurst, Sevenoaks. This process commenced in January 2020 and to date there have been 3 pre-application meetings with Sevenoaks Planning Department, 2 presentations to Sevenoaks Town Council Planning Committee and a public consultation via a web-site due to the current Covid-19 restrictions. Feedback has been received from each of these engagements and following consultation with the Client and the Planning Consultants the scheme has evolved in response to them.
